((vanessa murphy)) police say they watched this las vegas man say he will begin killing, he will fire his gun to start a civil war with the united states and the government, and that he made mention of targeting certain groups like homosexuals.... the evidence in the case: a 15 minute rant on a youtube video...where he talked about how he's tired of america and the government trying to take away rights... according to an arrest report, the post on july 1st has since been removed by google who alerted authorities because of the concern people were in danger.... this is a youtube page we found which appears to be connected to cuellar.... police say the video at the center of the indictment just announced today was similar to martyrdom and propoganda videos produced by international terrorist organizations. and that cuellar was seen in military gear with a sniper rifle and ar-15 type of gun.
